What a weekend for our #MLEeventers at the Morven Park Spring Horse Trials in Leesburg, VA!
A BIG CONGRATS to #MLEintern Megan Hopkins on completing her first Intermediate with Altaskin Jack, bringing home a 6th place to reward their efforts.
Martin Douzant of The Frame Sport Horses piloted three horses to impressive results. Justified, owned by Marsha Spencer, claimed the win in Open Modified. Sale horse Prynce Rubin PVF finished 3rd in Open Beginner Novice, while fellow sale horse First Syzygy QP secured 6th in Open Beginner Novice.
Jaclyn Burke of Hablyn Hills Equestrian and her own Adara put in a fantastic performance, bringing home the blue ribbon in Open Novice-B. Jaclyn is new to #TeamMLE and we’re excited to support her in what should be an exciting year for her and her horses.
Brittany Hebets-Miller of Hebets Miller Eventing had an exciting weekend debuting her young horse Radiant SPF at their first-ever event. They put in a confident and polished performance, finishing 6th in Open Beginner Novice.
Courtney Waskewicz of Defying Gravity Eventing had a fantastic showing, finishing 3rd in Open Preliminary-B aboard Krysta Paradis’s Where’s My Tail. Her talented sale horse Hand Rail also put in a great performance, securing a top ten finish in the same division.
