Big congratulations to #TeamMLE riders on strong performances last weekend. While we were prepping for more snow in Area II, our riders were out competing — some in the rain, some in the sunshine.

Our #MLEhunters and #MLEjumpers were busy at the HITS Ocala Masters. Ashley Worthington of Rolling Acres Show Stables brought home a significant collection of ribbons, including wins in the USHJA 2’9″ Hunter Over Fences with Aspen Collins’s CR Sonador, the $250 Performance Hunter 3’3″ Over Fences with Mila Lieberman’s Iggy Pop, and the $600 Green Hunter 3’6″/3’9″ Over Fences with Honestly, owned by Independence Ranch LLC. Mary Lisa Leffler, also of Rolling Acres, won the $750 1.20m Jumpers with her own Gentleman Jack and finished 2nd in the $1,000 1.30m Jumpers with Oopsala.

At the WEC Ocala Winter Spectacular VIII, Brett Shear-Heyman of Penny Leigh LLC put in some lovely rides, bringing home a top ten finish in the USHJA Hunter 3’3″ with Kate Chan’s Fan Favorite and another top ten in the 1m Jumper with Savannah Whyard’s More Power BH.

Both #MLEinterns were also out competing. At the Three Lakes Horse Trials, Intern Nicola brought home a top ten finish in the Novice Rider with Shannon and Caitlin O’Roark’s What The Devil. And Intern Megan won the Intermediate Rider with her own Altaskin Jack at the Pine Top Advanced Horse Trials.

Strong rides and solid results across the board. We’re proud to be supporting these hard-working riders as the winter season continues.
