It’s been a packed two weeks for #TeamMLE, with riders excelling across disciplines and venues.

Two weekends ago, our #MLEintern Megan Hopkins put in a strong performance at Plantation Field Horse Trials, finishing inside the top ten on her own Atlaskin Jack in the Open Intermediate. At the Tryon International Three-Day Event, Kim Severson Eventing delivered standout rides—finishing second in the CCI4*-S aboard Cooley Corraghy Diamond, owned by Roz and Bill Johnson, and earning a top ten finish in the CCI2*-S with her own Cooley Consort. Meanwhile, Brett Shear-Heyman of Penny Leigh LLC brought home excellent ribbons from the St. Christopher’s Premier Horse Show, including a solid result in the $1,000 1.30m Open Jumpers aboard Merlino PL.

This past weekend proved just as exciting. At Blue Rock @ Swan Lake Stables, the Rolling Acres Show Stables team delivered top results. The most notable rides – among the many blue ribbons brought home – Mary Lisa Leffler riding Gentleman Jack to a win in the $1,000 1.30m Open Jumpers and finished second in the $25,000 Blue Rock Grand Prix 1.40m with Zara Z. Ashley Worthington also had a standout weekend, winning the $450 Green Hunter 3’6″/3’9″ aboard Mila Lieberman’s Iggy Pop.

Jaclyn Burke of Hablyn Hills Equestrian switched things up and took her mare Adara to Morven Park Summer Show I, winning a class in the 1.10m Jumpers and earning Reserve Champion in the division. Also representing The Frame Sport Horses at Morven was Joe DeSantis, who piloted four horses to top-five finishes across the board. Notable highlights include a 2nd in the Sunday Puddle Jumpers 2.1 with Blue Chip Farm’s Uni BC and another 2nd in the Sunday Puddle Jumpers 2.c with Priscilla Barczyszyn’s Uliana.

Our #MLEeventers weren’t to be outdone. Stephen Bradley Eventing won the Training division at Morven Park with Peter Foley’s Boston. Jaclyn Burke added to her weekend with a fourth-place finish in Open Novice aboard her own Carrowgar Future. Martin Douzant of The Frame Sport Horses piloted four horses over the weekend, winning Open Preliminary with Justified, owned by Marsha Spencer and Erin Durst, taking second in Open Training with homebred Galactic Frame Z, and winning Open Novice with sale horse Prynce Rubin PVF.

Week after week, our riders continue to show up, put in the work, and deliver.
