Mythic Landing Enterprises Job Description
Part-time contracted position. Flexible start date (ideally before the end of April 2024).

Mythic Landing Enterprises (MLE) offers an array of professional services to help equestrian businesses succeed. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced Website Designer & Manager to lead our website services for our 40+ client websites. The ideal candidate will have experience juggling a variety of demands in a fast-paced work setting and be very detail oriented as well as a team player.

Contractor Responsibilities

• Maintain back end of WordPress websites, including domain, hosting, and back-up account management.
• Maintain front end of WordPress websites, including routine updates to calendars, directories, blogs, and sales pages, as well as other client requested updates.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance checks, which includes checking on the sites to ensure everything is operating properly.
• Customize WordPress templates to design new websites.
• Work with MLE’s Founder/Owner Margaret McKelvy and team to further the website branch of the company.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a website management role
• Organized and detail oriented, team player, well-disciplined and a self-starter
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets and WooCommerce.
• Interest in continued learning as website tools advance and change
• Experience within the competitive equestrian industry is a bonus, but not a requirement

Remote, part-time (average 8-12 hours/week, room to increase with company growth). Compensation—competitive hourly wage along with quarterly performance bonuses—will be discussed individually with interested applicants.
