#TeamMLE isn’t slowing down anytime soon!

Our #MLEeventers were unstoppable at the Seneca Valley Pony Club Horse Trials in Poolesville, MD, showcasing their thoroughbreds with remarkable performances and clinching 3 TIP Champions and Reserve Championships! Brittany Hebets-Miller of Hebets Miller Eventing secured a 3rd place in Open Preliminary and the TIP Preliminary Reserve Championship with Stuck On Gold. Courtney Waskiewicz of Defying Gravity Eventing dazzled with four impressive rides, earning ribbons with all four horses! She rode Lisa Smith’s Chancellor to a 4th place in Open Novice-2, Didi Callahan’s Hand Rail to a 4th place in Open Training-1, Didi Callahan’s Palm D’Oro to a 3rd place in Open Training, and Krysta Paradis’s Where’s My Tail to a 1st place in Open Training and the TIP Training Championship! Katie Wherley of Katie Wherley Equestrian and Grateful Heart wrapped up the weekend with a 3rd place in Open Intermediate and the TIP Intermediate Reserve Championship.

Our #MLEhunters and #MLEjumpers were also on fire this past week. At the Loudon Benefit Horse Show in Upperville, VA, Joe DeSantis of The Frame Sport Horses rode Lindsay Morris’s Lucky Charm to a 5th place in the 0.80m Schooling Jumpers. Brett Shear-Heyman of Penny Leigh LLC finished the week with top ribbons in the Green Hunters with Kate Chan’s Fan Favorite and a 2nd place in the 1.20m Jumpers with sale horse Merlino PL. Down in Aiken, SC at the Aiken Summer Classic, Mary Lisa Leffler of Rolling Acres Show Stables had an impressive week! Mary Lisa clinched the Championship in the 3’9″ Green Hunters with Chime, the Reserve Championship in the Baby Green Hunters with Annabella Wyman’s Diamant’s Good Friday, a win in the 1.30m Open Jumpers with Gentleman Jack, the Reserve Championship in the 3′ Sidelines Green Hunters with Mila Lieberman’s Koraline, and a victory in the $25,000 Sidelines Magazine Grand Prix with Zaza Z. Ashley Worthington, also of Rolling Acres Show Stables, ended the week with a Championship in the 2’3″ USHJA Hunters and a Reserve Championship in the 2’6″ USHJA Hunters with Maura Kobusch’s Dressed in Blue.
