Mythic Landing Enterprises (MLE) offers an array of professional services to help equestrian businesses succeed. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced Administrator and Client Coordinator to assist MLE President Margaret McKelvy in ensuring client satisfaction in line with our high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have experience juggling a variety of demands in a fast-paced work setting and be very detail oriented. They will need to contribute to daily functions of a small but growing operation.
Contractor Responsibilities
Managing workflow for MLE’s team via Microsoft Teams and Google Sheets.
Assisting MLE team members with client communication and information gathering.
Meeting with clients to discuss their current needs and goals, and translate client requests to MLE’s team; coordinate with MLE President and other team members to meet client needs
Providing support to clients by answering questions about their accounts or researching specific questions they may have; problem-solve with clients when needed
Providing clients with information about products or services that may be of interest to them based on their current needs or situation
Assist MLE’s President with onboarding new clients and establish a relationship with them
Skills & Qualifications
Experience working within the competitive equestrian industry
5 years of proven experience in a client services role
Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of general business software and an aptitude for learning new applications
